Kurkure Corn Kamal

I got this chaat recipe on the back of a Kurkure packet. I found it to be an amazing chaat, perfect for the evening.

Ingredients:                                        Cooking time: 10 minutes
ü  3/4 cup of Kurkure (Green Chutney Rajasthani Style)
ü  1 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
ü  1 green capsicum (chopped)
ü  1 tomato (chopped)
ü  1 onion (chopped)
ü  3-4 green chillies (chopped)
ü  1 tsp chaat masala
ü  1/2 tsp oregano
ü  2 tbsp lemon juice
ü  Salt to taste
ü  White oil for cooking
1) Heat oil in a skillet. When oil turns hot, add onion, tomato, green chillies and capsicum. Stir fry them.
2) Chuck the corns into the skillet. Add salt, oregano and chaat masala. Stir in to mix and cook them on medium heat for couple of minutes.
3) Turn the heat off. Squeeze lemon juice on top. Mix in Kurkure just before serving.
